Fancy a RIGHT blether?
A RIGHT blether is a creative, exciting national consultation with children and young people to ensure their opinions are heard on the issues that affect their lives.
Tam Baillie, Scotland's Commissioner for Children and Young People, is spending 2010 visiting different parts of the country to meet and have a blether with thousands of children and young people about their rights. He's already visited the Highland Youth Voice Conference and the Scottish Youth Parliament - to find out where else he'll be, visit the What's Going On pages of the RIGHT blether website or our own Events pages.
Why all this blethering now? 2010 marks the 21st birthday of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. A wide range of resources and ideas for workshops, lessons and celebrations are available on the RIGHT blether website, along with ways that adults can show their support.
