Short term - Establish clear responsibilities for staff and employers regarding CPD, and ensure the resources are available for delivering on these responsibilities
Mid term - Develop inderstanding of successful evaluation of CPD outcomes
Long term - Place long term sustainability of the approaches at the core of the framework
I like very the way the Implementation page is written and agree with the timescales
