Elenor Macdonald
Elenor is Principal Officer for Training and Staff Development at Falkirk Council, a role which inspired her to join the Standards Council. Her work brings her into contact with many fellow practitioners whose incredible range of knowledge and expertise she believes should be shared nationally for the benefit of the sector.
Elenor believes that CLD deserves a higher national profile because, though there have been changes for the better in recent years, our work is still not recognised or valued as it should be. She thinks the Standards Council can help develop a collective strength and voice for the sector in order to promote and celebrate the essential work we do.
